Valerann at ASECAP Days

On September 18-20, Valerann was in Istanbul as Gold Sponsors of the ASECAP Days conference. This landmark event celebrated half a century of collaboration and innovation in the field of toll road operating and infrastructure, and we are proud to have been a part of it.  

Our participation in the first day of the conference was marked by a presentation from Michael Vardi, Valerann co-founder and CBO. Presenting on using AI to reduce traffic fatalities, Michael shared Valerann’s vision of leveraging artificial intelligence to save lives and make our roads safer.

Valerann's exhibition booth drew substantial interest, setting the stage for impactful interactions throughout the event.Before the exhibition started, Michael Vardi engaged in a productive conversation with Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, the Minister of Transport andInfrastructure of Türkiye, discussing Valerann's innovative solutions and the irrelevance to the Turkish industry landscape.

On the final day of the conference, Valerann's technology lead, Jacob Rainbow, delivered a compelling presentation on the topic of AI-driven risk prediction for road safety. One of Valerann’s core solutions, accident risk prediction is a crucial area in the progress towards vision zero.

ASECAP Days 2023 provided an invaluable platform for engaging in discussions with industry leaders, partners, and key stakeholders.
